Call for Papers: the last day is here!
The call for paper ends tonight. Where is your proposal?
The Call for Papers ends in one week
Now (and not at the last minute) is the right time to send in your proposals. As always, we are looking for the best presentations on PHP and those technologies that are of interest to PHP professionals. Is your talk going to make the cut?
Getting accepted
As the Call for Papers for TEK·X progresses, here are some tips on giving your proposals their best shot at approval from someone who has been on both sides of the equation more than once.
Meet the team
Let us introduce you to the small team of dedicated artisans who puts together TEK·X. Some help with our content, while others make sure that all the little things that make a conference are in the right place at the right time. Some help us make our social events fun, while others make sure that the topics that we cover are relevant and useful to our attendees.
One hundred proposals—and the fun is just starting
The response to our call for papers has been tremendous—we’ve received over 100 proposals submitted in the first twelve hours alone. It’s a great start, and we look forward to an even better continuation.
Call for Papers is ON!
Welcome to another exciting edition of php|architect’s spring conference!
This year’s event is called TEK·X (even though, sadly, it is not our tenth conference—the stars didn’t align properly there); it will take place in Chicago at the Sheraton Gateway Suites O’Hare hotel.
With TEK·X, we hope to extend the scope of our conference beyond our PHP comfort zone and into other technologies that we use (or we should use) every day—including front-end development, RIAs, databases, application frameworks, and much more.
Our Call for Papers is open until November 23—if you have something interesting to say, we most definitely want to hear it… why, we even built a super-powerful submission system specifically for the purpose.
